MEET YOUR TEAM
The SAP Indirect Customer Success Management organization (ICSM) is aiming for a consistent experience for SAP customers along the customer value journey, no matter if the customer signed the cloud contract with SAP or with an SAP partner.
Our global team of Partner Customer Success Managers (P-CSMs) enable and support SAP partners on Customer Success Management. The objective of this role is to optimize the customer experience with adoption and consumption processes, improve renewal rates, increase partner and end customer satisfaction, and champion customer success through a consistent, efficient, scalable methodology across different SAP cloud lines of business.
The SAP ICSM team is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join the team in Germany.
You will have the opportunity to develop a solid foundation and understanding of how SAP’s Indirect Customer Success Management Organization is running.
You will join an experienced, dynamic international team.
