We are looking for a student (f/m/d) to support the customer value stories and reference team within the SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX GTM organization. The working student will have an opportunity to work in areas such as building up practices for sourcing customer stories and rollout of finalized stories to sales, presales and customer success stakeholders.

Tasks will include:

• Research accounts but also create and execute demand generation pilots in collaboration with business development teams
• Draft, finalize and send out communications (email, website, blogs) in collaboration with different stakeholders responsible for content creation
• Interview internal stakeholders in the customer story creation process
• Coordinate sourcing and publication of customer stories through project management support
• Execute the reporting and monitoring of customer stories impact
• Maintain/write documentation for content management systems
