WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support in planning and coordination of trainings to be delivered as e-Learnings
• Set-up and execute ECS specific training adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Knowledge/Learning content
• Supporting Knowledge Management tasks
• administrate Wiki space, SharePoint site
• review existing content
• prepare new content
• Support AI automation for Knowledge base using Python, Javascript, etc.

The Knowledge Management and Learning team has the following responsibilities:

• Owns the ECS Knowledge Management and Learning Framework
• Owns the ECS specific KM tool landscape
• Ensure KM and Learning Governance across the lifecycle
• Drive AI automation for Knowledge base conten
