Your assistance will be expected in the following matters:

• Liaison with different teams within the CS&D Change Management Team, HR and the related CEA teams
• Maintain head count demand and overview spread sheets
• Create transformation and change stories (e.g. articles, social media pages, blog posts, videos)
• Design communication assets (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, posters, flyers, illustrations)
• Support our team in various continouse evolution projects, especially people and change management as well as transformation initiatives
