Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create a WIKI for Partner Sales Processes:

  • Develop a detailed WIKI to document “how-to” guides related to partner sales processes.

  • Leverage AI tools and existing documentation in JIRA to ensure content accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with SAP Process Experts to refine and verify information.
  • Create Test Cases and Support E2E Testing:
  • Assist in designing comprehensive test cases for new features in partner sales processes.
  • Participate in end-to-end testing to ensure the quality and functionality of new system features.
  • Communicate findings and collaborate with process and development teams to resolve issues.
