WHAT YOU BRING

You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences, studying Business Administration, Business Management, or another relevant field:

• Proficient in MS Office – PowerPoint Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and design
• German native speaker, fluent in English (business level)
• Initial project management experience is a plus
• Familiarity with other software tools (e.g. SAP solutions) is a plus

The successful candidate shows:

• A self-driven and proactive working style
• Reliability and open, transparent communication across all levels
• The ability to quickly grasp complex topics and translate them into clear, visual concepts (e.g. through charts or diagrams)
• A goal-oriented mindset combined with creativity
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel

Your work will bring structure, design, clarity, and execution-power to initiatives that strengthen our workforce in operations, team culture and internal collaboration.

In this role, you will take on both operational tasks - working independently or as part of a team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, maintaining, and improving internal SharePoint sites to support collaboration and transparency
• Supporting the execution of projects and internal initiatives
• Organizing, preparing, and following up on meetings, workshops, and events
• Conducting small data analysis and producing visual reports (e.g. using PowerPoint, Excel, BW)
• Contributing to communications and across multiple internal platforms
