WHAT YOU BRING

You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:

• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics or similar
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
• Strong analytical capabilities (analysis of corporate reports, presentations, websites)
• Good presentation skills
• Besides that, you are highly self-motivated, results-oriented and get into new topics quickly
• Knowledge or experience in the field of HR and cloud software is a plus

Your role will be to support the HR Value Advisory (HRVA) team in Middle and Eastern Europe. As a working student based in Germany or Switzerland you will work with a team of expert professionals and customers across the region. Your assignments include (but are not limited to):

• Help to create and customize value propositions and business cases for Human Experience Management
• Conduct research on industry, subject, and customer-related matters
• Prepare customer workshops and presentations
• Develop and enhance HXM Value Advisory assets
