Responsibilities

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

Tasks within the graphic checks process include:

  • Ensure SAP Learning Brand consistency within training material (PPT documents)
  • Update existing training material with new images/graphics
  • Evaluate improvements for the overall request & distribution process
  • Define all required details with the requestors to ensure a smooth procedure in time
  • Tracking of the overall request list and regular meetings for knowledge sharing

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Computer skills: very good skills in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint (!), Excel), skills in image editing software such as Adobe Photoshop are a plus
  • Language skills: very good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Soft skills: ability to work in a team and to multiple tight deadlines
  • Others: ability to organize yourself and your work
  • Location: Walldorf only; working from Walldorf office is required
  • At least 2 semesters of studies to finish are required
    Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
