Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will support our team responsible for both recruiting and filling positions across Germany, as well as for developing and implementing concepts, initiatives, and processes in HR marketing and employer branding. We are passionate about strengthening ABB’s employer brand in Germany, positioning it as an attractive employer within relevant target groups, and attracting talent to ABB.

YOU WILL BE MAINLY ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

  • Support in the (further) development of strategies, initiatives, and processes related to personnel marketing, talent acquisition, and employer branding
  • Participation in organizing career fairs, excursions, photo and video shoots, as well as in the creation and preparation of our employer branding toolbox, promotional materials, and communication documents, including coordination with external service providers and colleagues
  • In coordination with Talent Partners – reviewing and processing incoming applications, building pipelines
  • LinkedIn searches for hard-to-fill positions
  • Support in maintaining and further developing our digital channels, as well as in content creation for social media platforms
  • Research and trend scouting in relevant subject areas
  • Contribution to other operational day-to-day tasks

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

  • Studies in Business Administration with a focus on HR, Marketing, Communication, or similar
  • Strong affinity for social media and digital topics
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), ideally with SEO/SEA knowledge
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Independent and structured working style
