Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are looking for a highly precise, analytically minded student to join our team as a Technical Writer and to support Quality Assurance. This hybrid role is well-suited for students with strong writing skills and an interest in technology—whether their academic background is more technical (e.g., computer science, engineering) or analytical and communication-focused (e.g., linguistics, communications, philosophy).
The ideal candidate is someone who can translate complex ideas into clear, coherent content and has a structured, methodical approach to both writing and quality assurance tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Writing Assignments:

  • Create well-structured, concise, and accurate written materials for internal and external audiences
  • Translate technical or complex topics into accessible documentation, reports, or guides
  • Work closely with team members to understand project goals and user needs

Quality Support Activities:

  • Perform manual testing of software to identify issues and validate functionalityWrite clear and detailed test cases to support repeatable and thorough testing

  • Apply analytical thinking to evaluate content, processes, or product behavior
  • Communicate findings and suggestions clearly in both written and verbal formats
