We would be delighted if you joined us as a Finance Working Student! Your Tasks: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Working Student to support our Billing & Payments Finance team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in financial operations and assist with our day-to-day accounting and billing processes. Support the daily operations of the Billing & Payments team to ensure smooth and accurate financial workflows. Handle the processing of incoming invoices, ensuring they are accurately verified and recorded. Assist with the reconciliation of payments and journal entries across our systems to maintain high data integrity. Support the team with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) topics, helping to track, manage, and resolve open items. Your Profile: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field. Good working knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel and Google Sheets) for daily operational tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced finance team. Previous experience or familiarity with DATEV and/or QuickBooks will be a strong plus.
