Your role :
Are you ready to drive meaningful change in the finance department of a leading global science and technology company? As a Working Student (all genders) in the Finance Transformation Office (FTO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, program management, and organizational change. Your work will directly support the success of our transformation program, equipping you with skills and experiences that will accelerate your professional growth. As an integral part of our Finance Transformation Office, you will assist program steering teams across key functions, including Program Executition Management, Value & Portfolio Management, Integration Management, and Change Management, translate ideas into actionable plans, processes, and solutions that drive program success and prepare and organize Steering Committees, workshops, and events to align diverse stakeholders with program goals.

Who you are:

  • Education: A curious and ambitious student pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in business-related topics, such as internships in finance, consulting, project management, or similar areas. Exposure to project management or change management methodologies is an advantage but not required.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of engaging with international teams and senior stakeholders. Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mindset: Enthusiastic about driving innovation and transformation. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Open-minded and collaborative, eager to contribute ideas and solutions.
