Job Description We are looking for a dedicated working student to support our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team in Munich, Germany. FP&A at zooplus connects the CFO with all business units and acts as a strategic advisor across the organization. In addition, FP&A is responsible for financial forecasting, financial reporting and investor relations. The FP&A team consists of 17 passionate finance and business intelligence colleagues whose primary focus is on key company KPIs such as sales, profit, vendor management, logistics, marketing etc. together with BI. Your tasks Direct support in preparing board and investor documents Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and logistics reports and budgets Assist the Finance Business Partners in preparing and developing monthly/ weekly KPI reporting, supporting the management's decision-making process Directly support the strategic project manager in his daily work to enhance cross-organizational decision-making Support the improvement and automation of FP&A reports, tools and processes Support the integration of AI-driven solutions across FP&A workflows Perform ad-hoc analysis in a fast-moving company Qualifications Enrolled student in business, data analytics, or comparable areas with relevant focus, e.g. in finance, accounting, economics, e-commerce Strong analytical skill set and a structured way of working Strong background in leveraging AI-based solutions to optimize financial workflows High degree of proactivity paired with willingness to further develop processes Business fluent English language skills, German is a plus Confident use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, analysis for Excel (SAP Analysis)) First practical experience in finance, accounting, controlling or related fields is a plus You are available 20 hours a week for at least one year You are available to come on site to the Munich office Do you want to be in the very core of the company and gain valuable practical experience in our new Munich office alongside the university?
