As a Working Student for IT & Data Operations in our Technical Operations Team, you will support our team in maintaining and improving key internal systems. This is your opportunity to make a real impact while gaining valuable experience in IT and system administration! Tasks As a key part of our technical operations team, you make sure our internal and customer-related systems run smoothly: For our team: You set up and maintain accounts for our team, like SSO accounts, VPN access, and permissions for Jira, GitHub, and Grafana. You keep documentation up to date and ensure a structured approach to account management. Configuration of field devices like Rev Pis, Teltonika Routers, ADFWeb Modules or similar For our customers: In our operations, you independently take on new projects and contribute your own ideas. You create and update customer accounts and entries of their building portfolio. You connect new buildings to the Green Fusion Cloud. You support the operation of energy systems in buildings by running data checks. You prepare issue reports for troubleshooting and use our data quality tools (or develop your own). Requirements You're a great fit if you have: ✅ Must-haves: Currently enrolled in computer science, information systems, electrical engineering, or a related technical field. IT knowledge and a structured approach to working. Basic SQL/database handling . Scripting knowledge (e.g. Python) is a plus, but no advanced programming required. Strong written and spoken German (at least B2 level) and English.
