We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Working Student to join our IT Support team at our Berlin headquarters.
This isn’t just a support role; it’s a chance to be the first point of contact for our employees, providing hands-on solutions and contributing to key IT projects. We work in a fast-paced, agile environment and are building the automation backbone for our internal services in collaboration with the business while also making sure that we are staying compliant within our regulatory frameworks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are currently enrolled as a student.
  • Great people skills with an ambitious desire to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent triage and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
  • The ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple, understandable terms.
  • Basic knowledge of collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Confluence.
  • Experience with a ticketing system (preferably Jira and Jira Service Management).
  • Familiarity with MacBooks and the macOS environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in German is a significant plus.
Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line IT support to all Billie employees, resolving technical issues with a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for all team members.
  • Monitor and manage our Tier 1 and Tier 2 ticket queues, using a ticketing system to ensure timely and effective problem resolution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and communicate with external vendors to solve complex issues.
  • Maintain and manage our IT inventory.
  • Collaborate on various IT projects to improve and streamline our internal digital workspace and processes.
