Job Description Position Overview We are looking for a friendly and reliable Working Student - Front Desk Administrator (m/f/d) to support the daily operations of our Berlin office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and external partners, helping create a welcoming and well-organized workplace. You will support the Workplace team with front desk duties, mail and package management, kitchen and office upkeep, and ensuring the office environment runs smoothly day-to-day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in keeping spaces organized, and likes contributing to a positive office atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Visitor Experience Welcome employees, visitors, and guests with a friendly and professional attitude. Manage the front desk during working hours and serve as the main point of contact for office-related questions. Register and check in visitors and notify hosts of their arrival. Ensure the reception and common areas remain tidy, organized, and welcoming. Help create a positive and energetic atmosphere in the office. Mail & Package Management Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Notify employees about deliveries and ensure timely distribution. Coordinate outgoing shipments and courier pickups when needed. Maintain an organized mail and package area. Office & Kitchen Upkeep Conduct regular walk-throughs of the office to ensure shared areas are clean, organized, and functioning well. Monitor and restock kitchen and stationary supplies (coffee, tea, milk, snacks, paper etc.). Check meeting rooms and common spaces and reset them when necessary. Support inventory checks and report low supplies. Workplace Support Assist the Workplace team with small daily operational tasks. Support preparation for new joiners (e.g., welcome materials or office tours). Help during small office events or team gatherings when needed. Report maintenance or cleaning issues to the Workplace / FM team. Qualifications Your profile: Currently enrolled as a student in Berlin. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, office support, or retail is a plus but not required. Comfortable using basic office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
