Your role:
Governance, Risk & Control (GRC) drives the definition, implementation and further development of a state-of-the-art financial and non-financial Internal Control System and Risk Management System for our Group in compliance with regulatory requirements. As part of our international team based at our HQ in Darmstadt, you will have the opportunity to contribute your own thoughts and conceptual ideas to the function’s intranet page, participate in status update meetings, design, and create visually compelling dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau, prepare various Power Point presentations and stakeholder communications.
You will also support our exploration of how artificial intelligence (AI) tools can be integrated into the GRC environment, contributing ideas and research on potential use cases and innovations.
Being a working student (all genders) provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment while pursuing academic goals.

Your Qualifications:

  • One-two years into your university studies (BS’c degree), in the field of business administration / computer science / business analytics
  • Strong communication as well as excellent verbal and written English skills (C1)
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • A strong foundation in data analysis and visualization tools, with a focus on Tableau would be an advantage. It includes collecting, cleaning and analyzing data to extract meaningful insights, design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau to visualize key performance indicators
  • Quick learner, self-driven, comfortable to work independently as well as contribute ideas to team discussions
  • A previous internship or coursework related to data analytics, public auditing or consulting in an international environment would be an advantage
  • Interest in artificial intelligence (AI) and its potential applications within governance, risk, and control - such as video automation, data visualization, or content generation
