In this role, you’ll help set up and improve our training and development policy. This project will form the basis of your professional product, where you’ll apply your ideas and insights directly within our organization.

Your tasks include:

• Mapping training and development needs
• Developing a clear registration system
• Creating an overview: who follows what, when, and why
• Participating in daily HR work and contributing to various projects

This role is flexible: you can choose a working student position, a graduation internship, or a combination of both – depending on your availability and study requirements.
