cmmrcl.ly is a fast growing startup in the field of social media advertising based in the most beautiful city in the world: Hamburg. We develop our own technology, use the data of our exclusive partners and run ad campaigns of national and international brands on all relevant social media platforms. We advise brands and agencies on the latest trends and help them achieve the best possible campaign results.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS.

  • You are enrolled as a student for at least one more year in the field of media design, graphic design, or design.
  • You are a team player, a strong communicator and quick to grasp new concepts.
  • You have business-fluent german and english skills.
  • Storytelling and design are your calling. You are creative, practical and willing to get your hands dirty.
  • You are proficient in all common Adobe programs, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, as well as Figma and Canva, and you are comfortable working with video and motion assets.
  • You have an understanding of creative design, typography, photography and layout.
  • You have initial experience with AI tools such as Veo3 or Midjourney.
  • You are passionate about design and art, keep an eye on new trends, and, as a digital native, feel at home across various social networks.
Responsibilities

In short, you are our creative powerhouse! You support our marketing and sales team in the development of their content assets and own the conception, design and production of social media advertising assets (photo, video, motion) for our clients’ campaigns.
You help design and continuously improve our marketing materials, including one-pagers, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, our website and other key assets and support in maintaining our CI/CD.
