Description
YOUR PROFILE
Enrolled student in Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field (focus on human resources desired).
Proper enrollment during the entire working student period.
Experience in human resources, ideally in a large international company (internships, training, part-time job).
Good presentation and communication skills combined with analytical skills.
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with SharePoint desirable.
Affinity for digital communication and collaboration tools.
Fun in dealing with people.Very good knowledge of German and English.

Responsibilities
Support HR Business Partners with operational and conceptual topics in day-to-day business (e.g. supporting in annual HR processes, implementation of individual HR measures, participation in the conception of HR development measures).
Analyze, conceptualize, and implement various HR projects and processes (including Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Personnel Cost Planning).
Assist in planning and executing recognition initiatives.
Maintain and update SharePoint content to support HR processes.
Collaborate with our global Centers of Excellence “People & Culture & Rewards” and “HR Digital & Analytics”.
Support communication and change management processes.
