YOUR ROLE

As a Working Student in our People department, you will support our People & Culture team in various HR-related tasks and projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and deepen your knowledge of HR processes in a dynamic, international environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the People Partner Team for Corporate Center functions (e.g. collecting, aggregating and analyzing data, creation of presentations, communicating with internal HR stakeholders)
• Assist in preparation and execution of HR campaigns (e.g. salary review)
• Support HR projects and internal initiatives (e.g. introduction of global job architecture)
• Help prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation Provide general administrative support to the People Partner team
