Responsibilities

THESE ARE YOUR TASKS:

  • You’re passionate about people and HR work, and you’re thrilled to support various topics as needed (e.g., payroll accounting, HR system administration, processes and more).
  • You’re actively involved in supporting our small HR team, particularly the HR manager, in managing day-to-day business.
  • You communicate effectively both in writing and over the phone with managers and employees.
  • You also create documents, review contracts, and get familiar with applicable tariff regulations.

THE BELOW WILL ENABLE YOU TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE:

  • You are a registered full-time student at a university (of applied science)
  • You work in a structured, careful and proactive manner with the will to get things done
  • You have good communication skills for teamwork, which after your induction can also be partly done from the home office
  • You have very good knowledge with MS365 and are not afraid to familiarize yourself with our tool and application landscape
  • Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
