Your Mission
Are you passionate about improving how people work and how teams operate? We’re looking for a driven and hands-on working student to join our HR team in optimizing internal processes. From day one, you’ll support the operational backbone of our HR department—helping us stay audit-proof (Compliant?) and efficient—while preparing to drive automation and innovation in the long run.
Sneak preview of your future tasks

Process Support & Administration

• Assist in maintaining and documenting HR processes to ensure conformity to audit standards
• Support with recurring administrative tasks such as data entry, compliance checks, and internal reporting
• Help implement and track process controls across the department

Optimization & Automation (Long-Term)

• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in existing HR processes
• Collaborate with the team to introduce automation tools and smarter workflows
• Assist in digitizing documentation and improving internal knowledge bases

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities
• Participate in internal meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Contribute to cross-functional process improvement initiatives

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (HR, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus—but not required)
• Strong hands-on mentality: you’re proactive, adaptable, and not afraid to take on a variety of tasks
• Organized and detail-oriented, with an eye for process efficiency
• Comfortable with Excel and eager to learn more about automation or digital process tools (e.g., PowerBI, Signavio / Visio, or similar)
• Technical affinity or interest in process digitalization is a big plus
• Fluent in English; German is a bonus
