Your role:
As a Working Student (all genders) in the Strategic Talent Team within the Human Resources department of Global Talent & Leadership, you are working in an international and cross-functional environment. You will have the exciting opportunity to actively contribute to the development and succession planning linked to our key talents within our organization. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and provide support in executing strategic initiatives and projects as well as contributing to every day operational tasks. You will assist the team in designing solutions and enhancing overall processes and frameworks.

Who you are:

  • You have a background in business administration, psychology or in a related field, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • You are at least in the 3rd year of your Bachelor’s degree or are enrolled in a Master’s degree program
  • You have already gained first practical experience in a corporate environment, preferably in human resources
  • You are a fast learner with organizational talent and good analytical skills
  • You can work independently, solve problems creatively and think out of the box.
  • Good skills in MS Office (Power Point, Excel).
  • Strong (B2-C1) verbal and written English & German skills - other languages are a plus
  • You have strong communication skills and open style of communication
  • Proactivity and hand´s on mentality

Duration: 15-20 hours per week for at least 12 months (6 months+ possible extension), from October 2025
