Follow up on incoming leads within 24 hours and keep our CRM up to date. Talk to real customers: Qualify leads and set up meetings for our Account Executives (AEs). Learn to qualify leads using top methods like BANT and MEDDPICC – don’t worry, we’ll teach you! Give feedback and collaborate with our Marketing team to improve campaigns and results. Become an expert on Freshworks products and confidently explain their value. Track your progress and forecast your meetings and pipeline weekly. Support our team during events and help us find the right audience to invite. Qualifications You’re a university student in Berlin or nearby, and eager to build a career in sales.
