Job Description As our working student, you will support us in expanding our consulting offerings. You will work either independently or as part of a team on ongoing projects, such as identifying stakeholders, developing scalable concepts, setting up workshops and ensuring implementation. Last but not least, you contribute your own ideas and are not afraid to express your opinion. Qualifications Education: Master studies in the field of Business Administration, Management or comparable with good to very good grades Experience and Knowledge: in coordinating and managing projects with various internal and external stakeholders; practical experience in projects aimed at optimising processes, increasing cost efficiency and digitising workflows Personality and Working Practice: you are an independent individual with a structured and reliable working style; you have strong communication skills, analytical thinking and a hands-on mentality; you enjoy taking on responsibility and driving projects forward independently Work Routine: mobile working within Germany Enthusiasm: a passion for consulting, organisational development and actively shaping new solutions in a dynamic environment Languages: business fluent in German and English Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 months – 10 h/week You want to work flexibly from your home in Germany or prefer working at the Bosch location in Ludwigsburg?
