The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application! Job Description You will understand test requirements and execute tests in the lab. Your task includes the verification and validation of integrated circuits (ICs) on evaluation boards for application-specific environments, in collaboration with the Field Application Engineering (FAE) team. Furthermore, you will support engineers in troubleshooting specific problem areas. Last but not least, you will present your findings, collaborate with others and contribute to drafting a publishable report. Qualifications Education: studies in the field of Engineering, preferably Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable Experience and Knowledge: proficient in the use of lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and power supplies; experience in test execution; ability to perform electrical calculations and basic design modifications; understanding of electrical and electronic circuits; experience with failure analysis of ICs is an advantage Personality and Working Practice: you are a careful, proactive and conscientious individual with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment Enthusiasm: a passion for design, development, testing and failure analysis Languages: good in German or English Additional Information Start: according to prior agreement Duration: 6 months – 10 h/week Requirement for this working student position is the enrollment at university.
