Work #LikeABosch Job Description Working student-Receptionist Assistant: Ensures the identification and registration of all people entering the factory Performs the monthly demand for facility management department (FCM3) consumables Ensures confidentially for all Robert Bosch company information Is responsible for retrieving the incoming correspondence Is responsible for the proper correspondence flow Organizes correspondence transport with courier companies Takes over all telephone calls and redirects them accordingly Receives visitors and to guides them towards the visit place Archives facility management department documents Offers all necessary Info Point support Qualifications Undergraduate Student / Master program student; in the administrative area; Conversational English skills, because you will communicate with our multicultural colleagues; We are looking for a medium level of Microsoft Office (Excel); Be able to organize and carry out various activities simultaneously; Be able to communicate and collaborate with our colleagues from different departments.
