Work LikeABosch Job Description We are looking for a structured and proactive Working Student to support our SAP Process Experts team during the S/4HANA transition. The role focuses on monitoring progress, tracking open topics, and ensuring transparency of project status—not driving execution, but ensuring nothing falls behind unnoticed. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and regularly update central tracking tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, SAP tools, or project boards); Monitor open points, action items, and project milestones; Follow up with team members to collect status updates; Identify delays, bottlenecks, or inactivity and proactively flag them; Provide regular status overviews (e.g., weekly summaries, dashboards); Support preparation of management updates and reporting materials; Help improve tracking structure and transparency within the team. Qualifications Currently enrolled student (no preferred domain); Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills; Ability to structure information clearly and logically; Good communication skills and confidence to follow up with stakeholders; Proactive mindset — able to spot risks or delays early; Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Fluent in English.
