Your Role

• Develop and implement technical solutions and tools that enhance project management processes
• Plan and schedule resources effectively to ensure timely execution of projects and initiatives
• Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive reports on project status, resource allocation, and operational performance
• Collaborate with the team to define and optimize processes for responding to tenders and IT questionnaires
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the remote services platform, ensuring seamless connectivity of devices to the cloud
• Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and innovative solutions for digital operations
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and scalability

Your Profile

Educational Background:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field

Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with software development and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
• Understanding of software delivery methodologies, including Agile or Scrum

Customer Orientation:

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles, with a focus on customer satisfaction and engagement

Motivation and Learning:

• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and improve processes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and efficiency

Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and stakeholders
