QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are studying construction, architecture, facility management, industrial engineering or similar in at least the 3rd semester
  • You are confident in using Microsoft Office programs and have an affinity for working with IT systems
  • You have an independent and structured way of working and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Your analytical skills enable you to grasp complex issues in the shortest possible time
  • Collaboration within a team inspires and motivates you and you are a communicative person
  • You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English

Responsibilities:

  • You will support the restructuring of documentation in Facility Management
  • You will support the implementation of a new document management process
  • You will work with colleagues to establish a new documentation structure
  • You will review, maintain and check the documentation for compliance with legal requirements
  • You will gain insights into the following areas: technical FM, maintenance/repair measures and overarching processes and interfaces
