The Team
The Operational Excellence team consists of about 30 team members and supports all Uniper business areas to strengthen the continuous improvement culture across the organization. The team does that through training and leading or participation in improvement projects. We have various nationalities in the team and English is our common language.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Team Assistant with the daily activities:
• Actively manage the calendar of the Leadership Team, and support them with spot requests
• Manage meeting preparations, including room booking, catering, and visitor registration
• Order office material
• Provide hands-on support in the office, e.g.: prepare material for trainings and workshops
• Support the training administration process, by registering attendees
• Deputise for the Executive and Team assistant when needed
