YOUR MISSION

Step into the world of cyber security and help protect what matters. As a working student in our Information Security team, you’ll gain hands-on experience with real threats, modern tools, and innovative technologies. You’ll contribute to meaningful projects, learn from experienced professionals, and grow your skills while making a real impact on the security of our IT infrastructure.

Your Tasks:

• Maintain and Secure IT Infrastructure: Support the operation, maintenance, and security of IT security specific systems of on-premises and cloud-based systems.
• Assist in Cyber Security Incident Response: Help identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents and contribute to incident documentation.
• Contribute to Security Projects: Collaborate with the team on cyber security initiatives, bringing in fresh ideas and helping shape future solutions.
• Manage Security Tools: Gain hands-on experience with EDR, IDM, DLP, and awareness platforms, supporting their configuration and monitoring.
• Support System Administration: Assist with SysOP tasks and work with technologies such as LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN and endpoint protection.
• Explore and Learn New Technologies: Engage with tools like Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Windows Server/Client, and Linux, while continuously expanding your knowledge.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Enrolled in a degree program in IT, Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and cyber security concepts, Familiarity with system administration and security tools is a plus.
• Work Ethic: Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex systems and solve problems systematically.
• Personality: Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus.
