You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Interest in user experience (UX) and a product-thinking mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about development processes, tech stacks, and platform services.
  • Proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Background or coursework in Information Systems, Product Thinking, User Experience, or a related field.
  • Prior experience supporting workshops, projects, or customer research (academic or professional).

Responsibilities

Work with senior consultants and internal development teams on

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and documenting workshops for development teams.
  • Follow up with participants to gather feedback and track action items.
  • Help plan and conduct interviews with development teams, including preparing targeted questions to uncover technical stack details.
  • Organize findings from interviews and workshops to support platform service recommendations.
  • Contribute to developing clear and user-friendly materials that guide teams in adopting platform services.
  • Support continuous improvement of workshop and interview processes through feedback and iteration.
