YOUR FUTURE POSITION

The position requires top-level communications skills along with the ability to handle multiple priorities in parallel. We are looking for a flexible individual who can integrate into a virtual and international environment.

Your tasks would include the following:

  • Support in daily operations regarding the time management, prioritization, including prompt changes and setting up meeting series
  • Prepare reports, slides and graphic presentations as required
  • Contribute in small projects
  • Fully committed to discretion and loyalty
  • Driving general operational topics (e.g. budget/cost center tracking) and managing administration tasks such as workflows, purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists etc.
  • Managing internal correspondence with CEE countries
  • Co-ordination and management of Team Meetings and external events, agenda support, booking rooms, preparation of briefings
  • Ad hoc support for manager and teams and responding to (management) inquiries
  • Provide confidential administrative support to the CFO CEE and to the whole team.
Responsibilities

ROLE REQUIREMENTS AND SOFT SKILLS

  • Student (f/m/d) at an university
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent presentation, problem-solving and communication skills in written and spoken English – regular guidance from a buddy will be given in the first weeks.
  • Service orientation, competence to work self-dependent and drive for execution
  • Computer skill: MS Office, MS Teams and SAP skills appreciated
  • Language: fluent in English and German both verbal and written
  • Team player and proactive networking attributes, ability to work in an international and virtual team
  • Innovative thinking and change agility
    The position will be filled as part time position (at least 19 hours/week).
    As an attractive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current “Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik”, a minimum of 2473€ gross/month/full time, in addtion to generous additional benefits.
    Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
