Our Business Unit Real Assets is looking for the Working Student / Intern - Financial Management & Controlling (w/m/d) for the Financial Management Controlling Group (FMCG) in Frankfurt am Main. The Working Student role is 20 hours per week and can be increased up to 40 hours per week during semester break. The Internship is 40 hours per week ans should have a minimum duration of six months. Key Accountabilities: Support in reviewing accounting data from external service providers at both the property and company levels. Support in budgeting for real estate and real estate companies, so called Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV). Support in tax matters related to real estate, e.g., in reviewing monthly value added tax returns. Support in monitoring liquidity levels and cash management, as well as maintaining bank-relevant data. Support in ad hoc forecasts and variance analyses using available IT tools. Your Profile: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration and/or real estate management Fluent in written and spoken German and English Initial practical experience in accounting, controlling, auditing or real estate management is desirable Analytical thinking skills Conscientious and precise work Committed, proactive, and solution-oriented Ability to work in an international working environment Prioritize and structure tasks Good communication skills and a confident demeanour Please indicate in your application if you are applying for a working student position or an internship.
