Your tasks As a Working Student / Intern Founders Associate to the Chief of Staff, you'll work directly with Katharina and support our co-founder and CEO Leonie - not as a shadow, but as someone who actually moves things forward. You'll own projects, not just support them. Take ownership of your own (sub-)projects in areas such as finance, people & culture, business development, or operations (you'll also have room to identify and drive your own initiatives) Support the Chief of Staff in day-to-day operational and strategic topics, with close exposure to the founding team Drive recruiting processes end-to-end: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and employer branding Own finance operations tasks: from invoicing and payment tracking to KPI dashboards Help plan and execute internal events (team events, all-hands) and actively shape our team culture Spot inefficiencies and propose AI-first solutions: we automate what can be automated Possibility to take on partner management responsibilities as you settle in and build context Our mission for you Learn how a VC-backed deep-tech startup works from the inside Be part of an ambitious, diverse team and grow alongside us Drive your own initiatives with a high degree of ownership and responsibility Gain valuable insights into how startups scale, build teams, and make strategic decisions Who we’re looking for Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's (late stage) or Master's program: ideally in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field First experience in a fast-paced environment - whether in a startup, consulting, or a similar high-intensity, project-driven setting You are motivated to take on a wide range of tasks and bring a hands-on mentality Comfortable operating in high ambiguity: you can prioritize, adapt, and maintain quality even when things shift fast You have excellent German (C1 or native) and English skills (B2 or better) Structured and organized: you can manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball You possess strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders Even if you don't meet every single requirement, we encourage you to apply.
