MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

• Oversee the replacement or purchase of goods and assets with usage limits, such as printers or personal computers (PCs), ensuring timely procurement in accordance with company requirements.
• Ensure the payment of monthly fees for ongoing service contracts between the company and suppliers related to office operations.
• Process and book supplier invoices into the SAP system to ensure payments are made without issues.
• Prepare and submit monthly payment reports to MPE Frankfurt and MUA, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Monitor and track financial transactions to ensure compliance with budget and reporting requirements.
