• Set up and configure laptops, monitors, docking stations, and other hardware
• Perform software installations and updates
• Support users with basic IT issues (e.g., connectivity, login problems, printer setup)
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment
• Assist the IT team with various administrative and technical task
