Job Description Our IT Team takes great responsibility for our whole company. We are supporting all colleagues whenever they seek guidance for IT-related questions. The team is always keen on automating as many processes as possible, constantly working on improving our diversified infrastructure. We take pride in fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment, and we are currently seeking a talented IT Support Working Student (m/f/d) to join our team. What you will do: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, and other IT equipment. Provide first-level technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues. Maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets. Who you are: Currently enrolled as a working student in a relevant IT or Computer Science program. Basic understanding of IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems. Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems is a plus.
