Description

At ALAIKA, we are building the future of Financial Services with a bold vision: to become the leading challenger firm in the industry by combining cutting-edge business and technology expertise. Through our three dynamic brands—ALAIKA Advisory (Strategy Consulting), ALAIKA Building (Company Builder), and ALAIKA Capital (Investment Company)—we are redefining Financial Services.
Founded in October 2022 by the Financial Services Practice Lead Partner of a leading US strategy consultancy and a builder/investor of multiple leading software companies, we bring together the best of both worlds: deep functional domain expertise and networks in Financial Services, along with a proven track record in how to build and invest in leading software product companies.
To properly advise Fortune 500 Financial Services companies in the present and future, we believe in building a new ecosystem that merges tech, venture, and product building expertise with direct board-level access to leading Financial Services institutions.
This all begins by coupling the right people for the job, which is exactly what we do at ALAIKA and why we need you!
Join our team of experts at ALAIKA Advisory and play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformations for our clients while contributing to our three core domains: Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and AI. Be part of the innovation—apply now!

Responsibilities
  • Be our tech whiz! Internally, you will assist with the evaluation of system needs, organisation, and preparation of system updates, incident / ticket management and other key system admin tasks.
  • Support the on- / off-boarding of colleagues: You will get team members on- / off-boarded with their tech and access to the relevant systems.
  • Dive into challenges, we’ve got your back: From day one, you will be given opportunities to apply and develop your problem-solving, communication, technical, and management skills. This is a great role to expand your understanding of IT infrastructure and administration, in addition to supporting the growth of ALAIKA’s IT landscape.
  • Learn from the “ALAIKA School": You will work closely with some of the best professionals and have access to in-depth technical knowledge and best practices.
