That’s the power of plus. Job Description Provide first-level technical support to employees (hardware, software, and basic network issues). Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, meeting rooms, and mobile devices. Support IT ticketing system by logging, tracking, and resolving user incidents. Help maintain inventory of IT equipment and peripherals in our Krakow office. Collaborate with our senior IT staff on projects such as system upgrades for our meeting technology Document solutions and create user-friendly guides for common issues. Qualifications Currently enrolled in a university program (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field). Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and MS Office tools. Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN). Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. Good communication skills in English and Polish. Available 20 hours / week, at least 3 days in the office / week. Please note this is a fixed-term contract for 6 months. Active student status is mandatory for the duration of the contract.
