Job Description About your tasks: Support the IT Transformation department in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to facilitate smooth project operations and communication among team members. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers. Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to Transformation Managers and relevant stakeholders. Qualifications About you: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, IT, or a related field. You bring a strategic mindset and a genuine interest in IT organisations and transformation. you have basic understanding of Jira, Confluence, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Knowing Miro and Power BI is a plus You are structured, proactive and enjoy working collaboratively across teams. You are fluent in both English and German language. You live around either Cologne, Munich or Sevenum area.
