REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research skills to identify and evaluate leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work with large data sets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of lead generation processes and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, and mass mailers).
  • Comfortable with learning and using digital tools to support research and outreach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to balance studies and work.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Availability to work 15–20 hours per week during semesters (flexibility around exams).
  • Prior experience in research, data analysis, or a sales-related role (an advantage).
  • A keen interest in sales operations, lead management, and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification and Research
  • Research potential leads across various channels (LinkedIn, company websites, industry databases).
  • Identify key decision-makers, relevant contacts, and organizational structures.
  • Data Enrichment
  • Update and maintain lead records in CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Validate and enrich data (e.g., email addresses, phone numbers, titles).
  • Supporting Sales Teams
  • Collaborate with sales managers to prioritize lead lists.
  • Assist in preparing lead reports and dashboard
