As a Working Student Consolidation & Treasury, you will support our Finance team with day-to-day accounting activities. You’ll gain practical experience in financial operations and have the opportunity to contribute to month-end closings, financial reporting, and internal process improvements. This role is ideal for students seeking to combine academic knowledge with hands-on application in a professional setting.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) of German Law
  • You will also be enrolled for at least six months from now on.
  • It would be advantageous, if you had prior relevant experience as a working student in an international company or law firm.
  • Knowledge of German trade law, corporate law, labour law and/or data protection law are advantageous, but not a must have.
  • You have good MS Office skills.
  • You are fluent in business and legal English and German.
Responsibilities
  • You will provide support in drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents in English and German, covering various areas of law.
  • You will assist with handling legal issues and legal research in various areas of law, e.g. civil law, labour law, trade and corporate law, M&A. data protection law, as well as compliance.
  • You will communicate with external parties, including law firms, courts and business partners.
  • You will support the introduction and maintenance of various legal overviews and data processing registers.
