YOUR EXPERIENCE

• You are a student:in law or a related field; alternatively, you have experience in legal assistance or the legal sector
• You are interested in contract management and document organization
• You have a structured and prudent way of working and enjoy administrative topics
• You are agile and have mastered the art of handling data and documents efficiently and are proficient in MS Office
• You are responsible and work well both independently and as part of a team

• You bring structure to our contract folders and ensure that everything has its place.
• You will make the leap from paper to digital and help us to bring our contracts into the 21st century in a usable form.
• Together with our Senior Legal Counsel, you will build an Excel list that can do more than just count numbers and words - it will become our compact knowledge repository.
• You develop a clever and logical folder structure that organizes so convincingly that we wonder how we ever managed without it.
• You cooperate with our team to find methodical optimizations for our contract data management.
