As a working student in the legal department, you will be part of the legal team and support the Executive Board and our specialist departments in all legal matters. The placements can occur either as public offerings or as private placements. The group is active in core markets Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Finland using the European Crowdfunding Service Provider license

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Clarification of legal issues of the specialist departments, in particular in the areas of banking and capital market law (regulation), commercial and corporate law, data protection, IT law, compliance, copyright and trademark law as well as general contract law.
• Supporting the legal department in the preparation and review of contracts, primarily in the aforementioned areas
• Cooperation in projects / special tasks initiated centrally by the Executive Board (e.g. licensing / owner control procedures, legal issues in connection with expansion abroad)

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED

• Advanced studies in law or business law
• High teamwork and learning ability as well as the drive to be among the best
• Flexibility, tact and professionalism in working with our partners and the specialist departments
• Independent action, above-average self-motivation as well as a structured and efficient approach to achieving goals
• Confident handling of MS Office and IT affinity
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and a good command of English is an advantage.
