We are the AY Fulfillment Services Team and support partners in core e-commerce processes such as fulfilment and customer service. Based on ABOUT YOU's scalable operations, we create a unique online shopping experience for our partners' customers. In international projects, we implement our partners' requirements, define service standards, monitor processes and develop optimisations. These services are regularly implemented in large-scale projects together with other AY teams. Our team manages the projects from the definition of the services to the go-live and then sets up processes together with our customers to ensure smooth live operation. Sounds exciting? As a Working Student (m/f/d) - Fulfillment Services, you will be actively involved in the creation and evaluation of various reports and ad hoc analyses, such as profitability analyses. In addition, you will support the team in implementing projects and our partners in their onboarding, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
