As a Working Student (m/w/d) in IT Service Management, you will support our IT team in maintaining and improving our technology landscape. From troubleshooting technical issues to assisting with IT projects and optimizing infrastructure, you will gain practical experience across various IT operations. Working closely with different teams, you will contribute to the efficiency and reliability of our IT systems in a dynamic environment.

How you contribute

  • Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting our internal IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud services.
  • Support the IT help desk by diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by employees.
  • Collaborate with retail store teams to ensure that point-of-sale systems, digital signage, and other retail technology operate effectively.
  • Contribute to IT projects, including system upgrades, network improvements, and technology rollouts.
  • Work closely with experienced IT professionals and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.

What you bring

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and cloud services.
  • You have a structured approach to problem-solving, an eye for detail, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • You speak very good English; German knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience in IT support, network administration, or retail technology is helpful but not required – we value curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • You have a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude, with a passion for technology and customer service.
