We’re looking for you ro join our Learning & Coordination Team as soon as possible.

Tasks

• You’ll work with us to design, administer and organize training courses and workshops for the further development of our employees using our innovative learning platform
• You can specialize in exciting topics such as leadership development, language training or onboarding
• Contribute your creative ideas to the independent preparation of digital learning formats on our learning platform
• You support learning and talent projects - such as employee surveys and employee events
• As a learning expert, you are the first point of contact for questions from our colleagues about their further training opportunities
• You prepare our communication materials professionally and play an active role in shaping them
• You’ll work closely with our talent team, trainers and managers, gain a comprehensive insight into organizational processes and contribute to the development of our learning culture

Requirements

• You’re enrolled at a university and ideally have some professional experience, e.g. through internships in Learning & Development or Project Management
• You’ve a talent for organization, know how to approach tasks in a structured way and are a real team player
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint, are among your strengths.
• Ideally, you’re already familiar with agile working methods and are familiar with online collaboration tools such as MS Teams and virtual whiteboards such as Miro
• Experience with learning management systems and/or learning experience platforms is an advantage
• With your analytical thinking skills and a high degree of initiative, you find it easy to familiarize yourself with tasks
• Excellent German & good English skills (both spoken & written) round off your profile
